Our Biomedical Research Institute – MEDFUTURE promotes translational research by developing and characterizing nanomaterials with potential to vectorize new therapies, in vitro studies on cell cultures and in vivo on advanced murine models, to investigate new concepts and approaches in the field of medical research. Also, our areas of interest cover new diagnostic and prognostic tools essential in personalized medicine based on molecular-based patient stratification through multi-omic technologies – genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics. Finally, translational immunology, translational neuroscience and translational hepatology accelerate the transfer of their research into clinical practice.
